Is the e-learning selfpaced?

Yes, the e-learning is self-paced, which means participants can complete the modules at their own speed, without being tied to fixed lesson times. This flexibility allows you to learn whenever it suits you, making it ideal for busy professionals or those who prefer to spread their learning over time, induction programming, or school improvement structures. It also allows busy professionals to learn on their own schedules. 

How long would the course take, and how is the material released?

The course consists of 12 modules, each taking approximately 1.5 to 2.5 hours to complete online. All course materials are available immediately upon registration. This gives you complete flexibility to work through the content at your own pace, depending on how intensively you wish to engage with the material.

When will registrations be open and will there be only one cohort per year?

Users can start whenever they gain access, without having to wait for a new cohort. Registrations can be done at any time — you’ll have access to the course 365 days per year and 24/7. 

Is it possible to do this as an individual, paying my own way?

At this time, the course is only available for purchase by schools, districts, and organizations. It’s not possible to register and pay for the course individually.

Is there be a minimum of participants?

Yes, there is a minimum requirement of 4-10 participants per school, depending on your country. Please contact your local partner (see partners) for more information.

How can I request the course for my school or foundation?

To request the course for your school or foundation, simply download the brochure, and we will contact you via email within 48 hours (on business days).

How many days do I have access to the course, and is there a yearly subscription requirement?

Start dates are flexible, but once the course begins, you have access for one full year (365 days). You can request the course at any time, and we will coordinate with you to determine the best start date based on your needs.

What is the duration of a course subscription?

Do I need to cancel the course myself?

Yes, the contact person of the school or foundation will receive a notification 8 weeks before the license expires, informing them that it will be renewed. Before that time, the contact person can cancel the course if the license will not be extended.

Can I pay in my own currency?

Payments can be made in USD, AUD, British Pounds, and Euros. We’re happy to explore the best solution for you.

Is it possible to enroll in only a part of the course, taking just a few modules?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. The course can only be taken as a whole.

Can the course be terminated early?

Yes, it is possible to terminate the course early, but please note that no refund will be issued.

Is it possible to get a free trial?

Sure! If you are interested in enrolling your school team(s) in the course, please contact one of our partners. They can provide temporary access to parts of the course to give you a better understanding of its content. 

Can we add extra participants to the course, during the course?

Yes, it is possible to add additional participants throughout the year, starting from a minimum of 5 participants. However, these participants will not receive a new 365-day access period; their access will expire at the same time as the original group. 

If colleagues leave, can their licence be replaced with a new colleague?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. Replacements can only be made at the end of the year when the license is renewed. 

Could we get extra support to create a better implementation of the course?

Yes, additional support can certainly be arranged to improve the implementation of the course. Depending on your needs, this could include expert input, trainings, masterclasses, coaching or other resources.
