As Director portfolio at the School of Education & Society at Academica University of Applied Sciences, Anna-Sophie is responsible for shaping and expanding the educational offerings within the Dutch market. With a strong focus on innovation and quality, they ensure that programs align with the latest developments in education and meet the needs of schools, educators, and policymakers. In addition to this role, she also teaches leadership within various programs and courses, contributing to the professional growth of educators, school leaders and leading coalitions. By building strategic partnerships and overseeing program development, Anna-Sophie plays a key role in strengthening the impact of the School of Education in the Netherlands.
